Once upon a time, there was a great land ruled by it's equally righteous peoples. They lived in peace and piousness for all their days...abiding to their creed which made them proud. This pride, however, tainted their hearts; and soon corrupted and pillaged their beautiful world.

Leaving feelings of eternal sadness in the air.

Few living mortals survived the natural occurances to come, except those who had never disgraced themselves...and had carried on the true spirit of their peoples.

Their world was gray when it used to be green and radiant with the color. All the trees had turned to ash which had carried it's remains into the air. Blocking out their Sun. A cold, dark dream-like world. Grass was a distant memory and all the oceans had been boiled away. There was nothing that lived except the survivors...who were starving, blind, tired and over-all: Desperate.

All knew their days were numbered.

All hope was lost years ago...when calamities had badly mis-shapen the path of their world.

So they established their final camp where their great palace and it's massive garden, central to their kingdom, once sovereignly stood. No one spoketh even a word to the others. All seemed to be in a silent prayer. Wishing for things that never came. They looked at their feet as they went along...knowing very well their future demise.

Absolute silence was their guide...

Then along came a few curious and humble children who were walking about in a plain of ash, which went on for miles around. They had lost their sight when they were only toddlers...since the ash had clogged their vision leaving them impaired. So was the same for all the other villagers.

But these children had not known their world terrible and lifeless. They saw a place teeming with several sorts of birds, animals, and grass for miles around. They were very happy and they loved and respected the world they lived in. The parents were deeply concerned for their children as they told them that nothing like that was present any longer. But the child responded, "Yes there is! There is such beauty and prosperity in this world!. LOOK AROUND YOU!!! This world is an abundant garden of sacredness and life!"

The parents were stunned by their childrens joy and wisdom. So they left them to play in the 'garden' which they loved so dearly. And after all the villagers withered...the children were ageless. They had known no other thing than eternal life!

Soon only the children were left:

And in a series of miracles all the water returned to their land. There came back the stars, the Sun, the fish, the amphibians, the insects, the animals, and their dreams in whole. The grass spanned the landscape endlessly once more. All children were healed of their wounds and they could see the world once again. All that they had imagined became reality! They became older and skillful and re-built their kingdom and their peoples.

When all was back to normal, and abundance and bliss reigned in gentle harmony once more. They went by only one creed: that of following your dreams of a better world. Their world then never saw negativity and pride again. They eternally were happy with the state of their new and abundant kingdom...

And they lived happily ever after...

Thank you very much and yes I did. I had a feeling to write this and I thought it had a usful moral that went along with the story. And if you wish to share it with your daughter that would be fine I dont care if you change it up a bit when you tell the story to her, though lol. :)
