Ok, I opened my chakras using a Violet Flame meditation on youtube that was posted on my facebook page when. I got into chat and felt a wall in front of me but as I focused on this astral wall it began to just sort of phase out and behind it was a guide that has been there all along, guiding me from the aether, Lorena, she is such a wonderful and beautiful soul, full of love and light like so many are :)
