brief meeting with spirit guide.

I tried out this new guided meditation, and had a brief encounter with my spirit guide. I was sitting by a huge tree in a meadow, it was warm, sunshiney and breezy. This was after doing my chakral alignment, breathing, etc so I was in a deep meditative state at this point. I focused on my 3rd eye, and kept projecting my thoughts to "her," asking her to come sit and connect with me, tell me things that I need to know.
