I think she means that there is 144000 specific lightworks whose energies impact on Earths grids. The ones that hold the specific light and are the portal bearers.

The 144,000 are a selected group from the 22 million Lightworkers that are here now; there are far more Starseeds than Lightworkers; it was estimated to be around 1 billion.
