Reuniting Humanity With Their Divinity...It's Time
In the first 'Reason to Believe that...' I defied God as per the terms of what humanity seems to have collectively assumed or agreed to be real or not real(for you Atheists out there), and I also made a mention of a second variant of the term of God. I will cover that as well as add a new "Reason to Believe That..." for this post. Before I jump into that let's consider the following: I wouldn't be posting about the term or concept of God if I didn't have my own definitions to begin with. I don't defy the concept just to take up a stance on the polar opposite- the belief in no God. I consider both Theism and Atheism to be two ends of the same pole- hence they are polar opposites. My stance is to set the pole aside altogether. My thinking is this (see if it makes sense to you): Suppose that you consider the theism/atheism concept part of duality, and suppose you realize that if it's duality then you are dealing with Mind? but wait, we aren't Mind at all. I'll return to this a little later. But first let me just say that I have several definitions of the idea of God myself... it's one of those terms that I keep finding more layers of definition.
Some of my terms of God:
1.) God the state of being. This version of the term refers to the state of being that one can achieve through augmenting their own cyclic rate of Consciousness about them. The rate of vibration or frequency of this consciousness produces a means of 'being' that is akin to our typical idea of what it means to be God.
2.) God the location, which incidentally is correlated with definition #1. This variant is referring that absolute point one can achieve in a meditation exercise which is specifically designed to arrive at that place. I say it is a place even though it has to be defined as metaphoric- nevertheless it is a place you find yourself in when you are in deep Samadhi meditation. You have detached yourself not just from here, but from everything so far you have no place else to back up to- there you find God the location. And yes, I was able to get to that location one time, and have been trying to get back there since. XD
3.) God the acronym, in this case it could stand for: G.O.D. Gateway (to) Other Dimensions. Now, the term of GOD as an acronym- is referring to what I believe to be that special point through which we watch the movie of life through. It is a lot to explain, but basically it is the portal or Gateway through which 'life' is allowed to 'shine', which also makes it our doorway into the realm outside of this realm - which is why it is a Gateway to Other Dimensions.
The idea of God can be understood by 2 aspects of our existence and this is what I was referring to when I talked about the 2 variants of the term. First: Consciousness, next: Mind. Ask yourself whose version of God are you believing in? Is it the Mind's idea of God, or is it Consciousness's knowing of God? Just ask yourself this, who are you? Are you the Personality-Awareness or are you just Awareness? So when you think about God, who is chattering in your head? Remember Mind does the thinking and Consciousness does the Knowing. So consider this: If, while living under the illusion that we are only the personalities we think we are- and that all of what our world has to say about God comes from that (Collective Mind Influence) then what's going to happen when Consciousness returns to the scene? Does Consciousness (aka Awareness) have anything to say about God? Do you see the need for caution when exercising your belief power, which is fine naturally.
Which basket are you investing your belief chips into, the Mind's or Consciousness's? I tend to think of belief systems as Magazines and that when you believe in a concept it is the same as buying a subscription to that Magazine. But hey, that's just my whacky way of looking at things. The job of Mind is to build our reality for us to play in- but we became lost and reversed in our understanding.. we think we are the human-persona's in this movie. The actors forgot they were acting and started to live the life of their pseudo-characters. What the hell happened with that? And we are led to believe that we come here to work out our soul-wrinkles by living out roles? Not sure I want to buy that Magazine anymore. And the Catch-22 is that the more we 'think' we are really here is the more this 'here' really becomes 'real'. What a self-recycling trap. That is why there are 2 Gods... the Mind's version of God who loves you but will throw your ass in Hell if you don't give him money, and Consciousness's version of God which is just sheer knowing.
That is why I can safely defy God and not be Atheistic at the same time. I am just placing Mind in it's rightful place as Servant not Master. The whole argument can be said to be antics of the Mind if you look at it from the perspective of Consciousness. Oh, wait- we're not allowed to question and think.. that's a no-no.
That is why I Have Reason to Believe That...
Consciousness is not present here, and here is not really here. Where are all the People of Consciousness in this world? Have you not noticed that? Look at people and see if you can detect the following: Sublime Understanding, and Intuitive Knowing. The more I look around is the more I realize that we really are asleep- and people are living as if in a dream. What an Irony! You are more Conscious while you sleep and Dream at night than you are when you walk about during the day awake! People behave as one would behave in regular dream. I bet Consciousness is aware of what we are doing, just exactly like how you can watch yourself do things in a dream, but it doesn't jump in and take over. The other day this hit me really good- I realized just how Gnostic I am. We are sleep walking through some movie life and Consciousness is no where to be found.
When you do become aware of the fact that you are in a dream and you are dreaming- it becomes very fun and adventurous does it not? Also, have you not noticed that you always know what is going on in your dreams unless the point of the dream is to not know? Consciousness = Sublime understanding for it knows what's what and what to do. Just look at what you do in your dreams, all the fun and flying and changing scenes like switching channels- that's how Consciousness functions folks! Now, ask yourself this- do you really see any of that in the so-called Waking World? I think I hear a Resounding "Hell No!" and you're right. Why? because this is a collective life-dream in which we haven't awakened to awareness while in it yet. Even the Gnostics of yesteryear knew that there was a evil god and a good god.. the evil spirit would be the Mind's version of God.. the good god is the what Consciousness knows to be. So if we technically are not here- then how can we say we are Alive? If Consciousness is Life and Consciousness is no where to be found- then Life is not present either. Wow, we really are frigg'n Zombies- devoid of Life in a stale dream.
Perhaps this is why they say the moment you stop desiring the things of this world is the moment you gain everything... because once you awaken to Awareness while in the dream- that's it.. it's all fun after that
I had an experience once. I was walking with my dad in the streets of a city I won't name, and we were approached by what appeared to be a homeless dude. I felt something was off about him, call it a gut feeling. The homeless dude stopped us to ask for money, but that was a rouse to give him a 'in'. He in fact was wanting to mug us and I had anticipated his move by preemptively drawing my pocket knife as he drew his gun. I killed him in self-defense and it was the worst thing I have ever done. Right there my heart went into total regret and horror for I utterly couldn't believe I did that.. I even went so far as to shake my head (you know instead of pinching myself) in the dire hope that it was a dream.. oh please let this be dream.. the reality of the moment seemed to grip me so tightly.. I was going to have to live with what happened even though it was self-defense. I thought for sure it was real even though I could hardly believe it...
Some where after that incident- I found myself waking up in my room.. in my bed.. I said huh.. it was actually a dream.. the dream which wasn't a dream while in it.. that's how real it was.
