Hi - 

An 8-month-old stray puppy was found dead at a Mumbai stadium. Someone had strapped fireworks to his body and lit them. It's not an isolated event. There have been a series of brutal attacks on strays since a distemper viral disease broke out earlier this year. 

The local government should be dealing with these dogs and sterilizing them to stop the spread of distemper. But they're not even taking these acts of brutal cruelty seriously. That's why I stepped in and signed this petition to let them know I'm watching and want better. Will you be a voice for these dogs too? Here's the petition:
