when i feel low i try to take myself back in time remembering all the great and happy times from the past before all of this....my treasured memories of picnics with my family in the garden the happy moments.....and then i try to remember the goal....our destiny....of creating a better future and i remind myself that THIS isnt forever and just...let yourself cry as much as you can and feel like it...and remember that today you may feel like hope has died and you urself may want to die at times cuz you feel so much misery....remember tomorow is a brand new day...and after all the crying you will feel fresh and renewed with ur hope reset and ur life in perspective and you will remember all the people who love and cherish you.....MUCH LOVE SISTAR

Chadee said… Thank you for your reply. I have quite vivid dreams and seem to be in a lot of places very different to earth but how do I know what is a memory and what is a dream. Some places I seem to go back to and I can navigate to get to them in my dreams. I feel like there are meanings or lessons I'm supposed to be gaining or remembering from a lot of these dreams but I can't quite make them out. I used to have dreams of the future when I was younger and I can astral project sometimes but I'm not able to go very far and seem to just stay close to the house. How to I get in touch with my higher self while dreaming so I can try and make more sense of what I'm seeing?
