Aleara said… - I know, it is virtually impossible to avoid technology these days, but it sounds like you use it in the right ways. Nothing is all good or all bad! I did hang out with my friend's kids on Turkey Day (they are 10 and 13) and they spent the whole night texting each other and they were sitting next each other on the couch...EEK! I found when I got off Facebook (which I was addicted to) and stopped texting, a huge energetic weight was lifted off of me! Then I found this site (Facebook for aliens?LOL) it felt like a relief and it often energizes me to connect with people on here. I hope you are feeling better and remember the Universe is conspiring in your favor! (even if it does not feel like it some days).
