Hi, I think pop up blockers/adblock messes with the ability to do certain functions on the site. You can disable them and try again and then re-enable them if this is the case.
Can you tell me exactly what happens when you try to upload? you said you select the photo but it does not get put in to our system? make sure the photo is the right file type, like JPG.
