- Please tell us a little bit about you:
- My name is Kevin, almost 26 years old. Its difficult for me to tell you a little bit about myself because my entire world came crashing down on me just a few years ago, and who I am now is an entirely different Being from who I was before.
As a young boy I had always dreamed of gaining entrance into the United States Military Academy at West Point, and therefore worked tirelessly for ten long years to be accepted. I became a cadet in June 2005. It had seemed that my dream was fulfilled, that I would graduate in 2009 and become a career officer in the US Army as an infantryman and eventually Special Forces soldier.
Not long into my junior year, I began to notice changes in my perception of what being a cadet meant, and what it meant for me to become an officer in the Army. I didn't feel at home or welcome among my classmates and peers, which was a trend that had repeated itself over and over again during my K-12 years as a student. I was distressed, thinking "why don't I feel like I belong here when being here is the only thing I've ever really wanted?" My grades began to slide, I skipped class frequently (a BIG no no for which I paid with disciplinary action), didn't perform my duties as a Platoon Sergeant, stopped taking care of myself physically, and turned to alcohol to cope with my symptoms. I realized that I had fallen into a deep depression and was re-diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (which I thought I had overcome when I was diagnosed as a teenager). Ultimately, I was placed on medical leave and eventually medically discharged in December of 2008.
During my medical leave I had a falling-out with my dad and moved out, shortly after which I received a DUI after totaling my car and three others (no one was hurt, thankfully, but I blacked out behind the wheel and blew a .189) . This event, combined with my perceived loss of identity after leaving the Academy shook me awake and I began, in earnest, to study self-help material, eventually working my way toward studying esoteric philosophy, Christian mysticism, Buddhism, metaphysics - anything and everything that related to understanding and achieving higher states of consciousness. I also currently see a Jungian Analyst once-weekly, and have been for over a year. I also finally just started school again this fall in Denver to finish my undergrad, but a part of me feels like I shouldn't/don't need to be there, despite my initial excitement.
I consider myself a very spiritual person. I have a meditation practice that I am working on improving, and it seems that the only thing I think about these days, for over a year now, is God/Consciousness, Enlightenment, and finding and embodying my path and purpose during this incarnation.
Overall, I'm a loving and compassionate man trying to find his place in the world (or, rather, in the Universe).
- What made you believe you are a Starseed/Walk-in? (Please answer in depth to be approved)
- I never had thoughts of being a Starseed/Walk-in until today. This last week I have had a number of synchronous experiences (in both the physical world and my dreams) that sparked something inside me, which led to me finding out about the Galactic Federation of Light, Disclosure, mass landings and the Ascension beginning in 2012 (I always knew 2012 would be a worldwide shift to higher consciousness, but never imagined that it might involve reuniting with our galactic family). That information, of course, led me to learning about Starseeds and eventually brought me to this website.
Truthfully, I don't know whether I am a Starseed or not. A very deep part of me knows there is something very different about me and that I have some mission to fulfill during this incarnation, but I have never been contacted. That's why I am here, I need to find out and it feels extremely urgent, and believe that I should be involved with like minds on some level, at least, to gain a deeper understanding of who I am.
I researched what it means to be a Starseed, and I scored very high on all of the "tests" that were offered. In short, the most prevalent things that stand out for me are:
-always feeling out of place
-always feeling lonely
-prefer to work alone
-Siddhis, psychic and intuitive abilities my whole life (precognition, claircognizance, etc., that have been increasing dramatically as of late)
-strong empathy
-abnormally high skin temp (people always tell me I'm hot temperature-wise but experience no side effects)
-deja vu experiences with people and places
-animals seem to be unnaturally attracted to me, especially cats
-ALWAYS looking up at the stars
-very strong creative writer
-penetrating eyes (or so I've been told)
-LOVE green and purple
-very sensitive and emotional, but I try to suppress (shield) most of it.
There are more, but these are the ones that immediately come to mind.
- What are your views of the Starseed Phenomena? (Please answer in depth to be approved)
- My views on the Starseed Phenomena are open and I am very, very willing to learn more about it. As I stated earlier, I believe that I may be a Starseed. I listed myself as of Human origin because I simply don't know yet. If I am a Starseed, it is imperative that I learn my mission so that I can begin to implement it into my life and fulfill my agreements. As we all know, time is of the essence.
However, there is a part of me that is skeptical, and I believe that is natural. I would like nothing more than for all of this to be true, and think that deep down I do believe it is. There is a part of me that is so strongly yearning for answers and for direct experience with the Divine, awakening to my Higher Self, and contacting my home star-system by channeling if I am, in fact, a Starseed, that it almost hurts. Sometimes I feel like I am going to explode from anticipation, but have no idea what it is that I am anticipating. Something big for sure.
- What is your mission? (Please answer in depth to be approved)
- As I mentioned before, I am not aware of my specific mission. However, I have given myself the mission to reincorporate my ego under conscious control in this lifetime in order to realize my Authentic Self, awaken to my True/Higher Self, assist in raising Gaia's planetary vibrations and helping others to awaken. I really resonate with the idea of the Bodhisattva, the spiritual warrior who foregoes full Enlightenment in order to help others.
- The People Who Inspire You Are?
- The people who inspire me are Avatars such as Jesus Christ and Gautama Buddha, contemporary spiritual and evolutionary teachers such as Ken Wilber, Andrew Cohen, Trugyam Rinpoche, Chogyam Trungpa, psychologist Carl Jung, the Dala'i Lama, Barack Obama (most of the time ;), I know he has a hard job to do), Mahatma Ghandi, and so, so, so many more. Whenever I read anything spiritual, mystical, esoteric, etc., it literally gets me high, so this list should be a lot longer because of all the books I've read. I would put all the authors down. I don't, however, believe that is necessary.
- What are your thoughts on Star People (Off Worlders)? (Please answer in depth to be approved)
- As I mentioned earlier, I just learned about the Galactic Federation of Light, Galactic Humans, and the existence of species, other than human, in the galaxy. There is a part of me that knows it all to be true, and I can't wait for the day that We will be reunited. I sit in anticipation hoping that the rumors about GFL starships in our solar system are true, and find it absolutely incredible and irresponsible that the existence of extraterrestrial beings visiting our little planet have been covered up by power-hungry governments and people. I believe that most Star People are peaceful in nature, and are arriving here to help aid humans and the Earth in this time of awakening.
