Well the thing is, I had ALOT to heal from and still do... so what I did was found ways that would help me heal of past pain... like the feelings of being rejected and unworthy of love... I realized that if I wanted to attract my "soul mate" I had to work on loving those parts about myself that I didn't like and I mean truly learning to find that wholeness and completion within me... so what did I do? I focused on love! and love can come in many different forms... love for nature, love for music, love for animals... just focus on what love feels like to you, love without any judgement or attachment... imagine what heaven on earth would be like for you... listen to your heart not your head... I would spend hours in prayer and meditation and listening to uplifting music with healing words, and also in nature... anything that can get that love vibration going! and the key is don't get attatched to the outcome! Just simply surrender to the divine and to the ways of love or else you might get discouraged and give up! Because like buddha says attatchment causes suffering and is usually rooted in fear...Just simply enjoy the journey and oh!! be in the present! Because whenever you are in the present there you will find love and peace!
just don't give up... even though its super hard cos believe me I know the pain of being heartbroken or stuck in a rut for years... but eventually youll come out of the fire purified and stronger than ever! and you'll def find love!
