it is only by love that you recieve love even in food

 i am a vegetarian  but i meanly consume what is given to me

ill explain

fruits are gifts from a plant

there  are many fruits and it keeps the survival of the plant alive

seeds , fruits and some plants  that have  anatural  way to give and therefor recieve another plant in becoming

it is proven that fruits have the highest energie and that no dmg is done towards the plant itself when you pick the fruits once they are rdy to be consumed

yesterday i eat a pheasant and ofc this si meat but it was hit by a car and it lived in  antural way , most meat smell for me but this one was very good and full of loving energie

been more then one year that i ate meat lol

the main basic is that you can eat meat but it has to have a life  of love and freedom and no toxins whatso ever

wich is rare  since the meat industry isn't loving towards animals

i do not eat meat  only that is pure perfect and given by spirit

and had a natural life

i eat alot of berries and fruits and borron in berries is a natural remover of fluoride in your pineal gland

sungazing is also very good
i do not kill any animal and  i try not to kill any plant

 i love nature and never use petsticides and if my snails eat up all my veggies i planted so be it

cause they feed then the birds and the birds helps spread the plants

love to you and those you love

Right on - i hear that for demeter! (we have it here in france as well...)

excellent bio-dynamic food and wine production!

i only drink my red wine produced by this method! (no head aches!)

Unfortunately, my organic food sources aren't always demeter certified...
