Learning to Levitate

These are some basic exercises to start training the body for lightweightedness and eventually lift off..

stand on the balls of the feet and straighten til you can feel the foot and ankle line up through the legs.
Straighten the spine and tilt the head back so your eyes are looking directly upwards.
Push the head as far up as you can as if you are going towards what you see while looking upwards..
Feel the line thru the feet ankles and legs, and up thru the torso neck and head while the head is pushing upwards..
Do all of this with concentrated breathing..

TO gain strength to do this exercise you can stand on the balls of your feet for as long as you can, walk around the house on the balls of your feet. also,
lean and tilt the body around to challenge the balance threshold.
If the feet and ankles get shaky, try to stabilize them. also,

one is to do repetitions quickly of standing on the balls on the feet, with the feet as vertical as possible, and drop the heel down to tap the floor, then going back to vertical. repetitions of that.

some focus points while doing the exercise, a good one is to feel the weight in the line etc, and then think and imagine the weight of cotton and try to mimic it.

another is while doing the repetitions of tapping the heel to the floor then back up to vertical. do it slowly, but when lowering the heel, imagine that there is a support there that you cant see, that when lowering the heel there is something there preventing u from lowering it, but also supporting the heel so its not stressing the muscle. you can even picture a smooth stone or something similar under the heel.

Another exercise is, one foot at a time, take inventory of exactly how the foot feels when flat on the ground feeling the weight when there is contact with the floor. then, lift the foot up by an inch or two, and take inventory of exactly how the foot feels when it does not feel weight. since weight is only felt when there is contact with the ground/floor.. notice the difference and take note of the feeling etc of weight vs no weight when lifting. Then, try and mimic the feeling, with the right foot in the air, try to make the left foot mimic the feeling then alternate this exercise..

another is to jump, but when you do, take a very detailed inventory and snapshot of exactly how it feels when you are at the apex of the jump, that quick moment just before you start to go back down. and then, try to mimic that while the feet are on the ground.

another exercise. where ever there are a few steps, at the bottom step, stand on it both feet planted, then with each foot one at a time, extend it out and try to mimic the feeling in the opposite foot. alternate that exercise with each foot.

y know how to do dips right. something to support the hands on either side then you lift the feet off the ground and dip up n down
well another exercise, is to recreate that feeling and imagine you have supports to push off of when there is just air. imagine you can push off the air and something is there to support

another awesome exercise..lean against a wall for a moment at about a 45 degree or greater angle.. and then step away from the wall and lean. imagine u have the control to lean to 45 degrees without a wall there
for that one, do it for each side your front and the back

More are coming, that should keep some occupied for now..
