hello again this just a quick use ful way to do a focal meditation and it helps with learning to control flames

1.get a candle preferably a stand alone or a even a mounted one and set it at the table you would like practice on,

2. Use you attention to focus on the on the candle just stare at it for how ever long you need to learn to focus better.

3.(pyrokinesis) learn to connect to the flame and allow for the energy to be manipulated or become you.

4. make sure to ground your self after these steps. to allow for energy to re-balance/release the excess.

The Above technique is simple and effective for learning the dancing flame skill from what i've noticed of course people are natural pyro will notice "more" of varying effects on the flame.

Well i've seen that one not everything we perceive to be "real" is the real. take telekinesis you can some what play it off if you had a high amount of static going through your body. but they say that true telekinesis is actually with your mind or what we think is our brain lifting something with out any "physical" contact.

Electro-kinesis
this is a difficult kinesis if you don't know how to ground-out
first start by gathering up some energy around you which ever way you do this is up to you.
second allow for it to flow into you and or around you.
two point five: you can channel it into your hands as long as it doesn't cause any type of harm, (ex: from blockages in the energetic body and channels)
third concentrate or focus the energy into a form that you feel that would be easy to make (ex: ball, rod, hammer, a flower even) once you have obtain the desired form, play around with it see what you can do with it.

grounding-out other wise known as grounding your self.
(no not the way your parents did when you mis-behaved)
ground is one of the major things that is practiced with most all of energy workers, for simple fact that it allows for getting rid of excess energy that not being used. let me rephrase that it allows for "recycling" of excess energy back into the earth, air , stars where ever you able to pull energy from you can also send back to be transmuted or reused when not using it.(though some people when they are healers store the energy in their energetic bodies for future use) the two ways ive learned to ground out is one send it back into the earth.
by way of rooting your self into the earth core with your own energetic body.
when meditating see and feel your self sink into the earth as if you were a root and allow for your energy to fill the roots that way your able to store the energy or recycle into the earth.
the second way is more of a release method
Give it to the Phoenix. or better yet let me personalise that method for you when I said give it to the phoenix it could mean which ever familar or spirit animal you are in contact with that you feel would be of better use of the energy. much like how you send energy to a ailing friend when they were sick or not feeling well.

Some Psionic are of course "Trained" to be able to use their abilities but other times some people are natually able to use these abilities. Now I'll have to do some reasearch and if you like to do some also Here are some of the More famous names that have came up in history.

Uri Geller(might have been prove a fake But also awaken us to that things weren't as they seem to be)
There was a Russian woman (not sure xtactly but there was a few Youtube vids based off her, and her successors (as in people who came after her that also had learn to use this ability)

Are you familiar with John Chang? If not look him up on youtube. He appears to shape his chi into a form of electricity an use it for different purposes. He also does a few other amazing feats.
