I know I've been absent for quiet a while it because i recovering from a mental laspe and temporary lost of times I am willing to share my knowlegdes of psychic/psychokentic influncing i've gotten stronger since last time i was here and have attunements to different modalitys.

Very glad to be here, I feel my energies have gotten more hotter, stronger, more tingling, more wavier, more angelic, more viberating, more frequencies, more awareness, what does this mean? Maybe this group class can give me guidence. I tried to ground my energies, but kinda hard cause I'm not from this realm nor this planet nor this galaxy, I'm from angelic light universe Zeda/Delhia. Maybe this training class can give me answers and guidence.

You are trying too hard dear friend, take it easy :)

This happens to me too, you might block it when when you want something too desperately. This might sound weird but better to not want to than to block it, if you get what I mean...do you recognise the difference when you are blocked and when you are not? And don't think that there is a certain way to meditate as well, its okay if you can't see anything :D

It should feel light and flowing when you're aligned and connected.
