Hi everyone i discovered only a few days ago that i am a starseed.. I want to know more , like where i come from exactly someone told me that i am a pleiadian or angel.. i have this thing that i do not live my life because i only think helping people , i feel pain everytime i see something that is wrong like injustices ..anyway how can i be sure of what i am ? Please send healing energy/prayers my way and to my mother Teresa Casillas. I have cut her out of my life before but after suffering a major psychic attack from her I know I need to let her go completely. I am going through a major transition and starting life completely over. I don't know where I am going to live, nor have a job, but I know I have God and just need some love!

I agree with Saeriel. We are of a giving nature. Sometimes you really just need to spoil yourself and not feel guilty about it. This is something I'm working on myself. It's easy for me to fall into a codependent situation because I put the needs of others before myself and feel like I have to save them. Of course I can help them, but save them? No. People have to save themselves. This is a major lesson in my life and I still haven't gotten it down, but working at it brings me closer. :)

dear Rkangel, this is typical of angels isnt? we give so much to others because of our compassionate nature and forget to self nurture ourselves, we are always drawn to help Every one else, especially the most affected by denser energies that we get depleted in the end. Not because we help unconditionally but because we forget the balance to maintain: helping and caring for ourselves as much is important to maitain a balance and remain healthy.
I feel you need a "break" from everyone and spend some time with yourself. Depending on your personal circunstances, it might be hard, i understand. When i was getting very sick because of a similar imbalance, archangel Chamuel suggested i did 3 things a day for myself, 3 things i really enjoyed. I will pass on her advice to you now :) pamper yourself...it can be anything...a song, a nice bubble bath, anything you can think of.

Saeriel, again, you are right on the balancing act, as for example all day my clients need me to repair their software and it can be demanding of my patience, but at all times possible I hold onto warmth and kindness and helpfulness, but I get used up, go home, where I'm faced with more of those who need me - and although in this case what they want and need from me is my love and my time and my attention, it's that my son and my lover have some rivalry for my affections so I feel split trying to give them both my attention and a daughter who needs me to drive her home after she has been caring for my young son (he's 5, she's 19). So before I can even have a moment, everyone wants all of my time/attention.
