Meditation group topic "EMPATHY"
As always, we will have a nice grounding meditation, check-ins, a discussion on Empathy, what is it, why do we have this ability, how can we "tame it?" etc...
and a glorious little meditation to help balance the "unbalanced empathy"
If others are interested in joining, please let me know. If you have friends who may be interested, again, just give me heads up as I prepare an informative outline with resources on what we talked about and I want to make sure I print off enough for everyone.
This meditation group is FREE, donations are welcomed but not required.

for all of you going through tough times, know that you are going through them for a reason, you may not know now but soon you will and when you do you will look back with great gratitude and understanding. Ground into the new energy and align with what makes you happy. things that makes you feel good are golden, and are to be sought after. Dont let other people's fear and woes hold you back from being who you want to become. you are loved. For those who are doing amazingly well, keep following your bliss and share your warmth with those surrounding you in your community. Reach out. be true and continure to do what you are here to do.

Helping people heal through empowerment, Reiki, energy healing, meditation and education.

Danny G. Picard has been a certified Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master/teacher since 2005 and has been working with Reiki since 1999. He is currently persuing a different form of Reiki called Lightarian Reiki which is derived from the ascendant Master Buddha and will be attuned to be a Master/Teacher by early summer. He will also be a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists in July of 2013. His constant curiosity of "how life works" has progressed into many different healing modalities.
He has studied and practiced meditation since he was in high school and started at the Berkeley Psychic Institute attending psychic and intuitive awareness classes.
Danny has studied holistic massage therapy in California and received a 200 hour certification which covered topics such as ayurvedic health, polarity therapy, nutrition, yoga, body movement, herbalism, shamanic studies, and different forms of massage (in oregon he is not licensed or practicing massage)
He is guiding focused meditation groups in northeast Portland every other week as well as working towards his Masters degree in Metaphysical Sciences and hopes to obtain PHd in Holistic Life Coaching.
