by taking more than we need for example for the purpose of selling it or hording for the future we destroy the balance of nature.

by strictly controlling every plant and their reproduction in the food business we slow down the evolution of those plants..

but nevertheless does the evolution continue in the wilderness even if we destroy the natural balance.
