A brief history and request for advise

Hello everyone.  I've never really reached out for help with my fibromyalgia, because just 2 months after being diagnosed I was forced to deal with a doctor who used research done in the Korean war as source material for back issues in young people.  That was almost three years ago but the symptoms first started in 2004.Since then I have pushed along refusing to let my body get the best of me when there's work to be done, but that has led to many days of doing an army crawl around the apartment…READ MORE →

I have been taking serrapeptase supplements since last June and feel that my muscle pain has decreased and my energy level is way up. Serrapeptase is an enzyme made by silk worms that allows the chrysalis to be dissolved. In the body it helps to break up fibrin (scar tissue). It is a fairly new therapy in the United States but has been used for decades in Japan and Germany. It costs me a little more than $17 for a three month supply at a local natural grocers.READ MORE →

I got this - http://www.luckyvitamin.com/p-437904-trp-company-chronic-fatigue-therapy-70-tablet-sDecided that I had to deal with this issue on a different level - as much as my essences and tinctures have helped me...there's still something 'going on'. I just started to use it - and one thing it has helped with, for starters, is the fog - I don't have the fog like I used to...although still…READ MORE →

Ortho-Bionomy and chronic illness

I would like to share my knowledge in the hope to assist some of you if I may. It is long. When i started this article I was planning to keep it simple and direct. That didn't seem to work as each pathway led to another, then another. Such is life! So I've just laid it all out. Take it as you wish, it will resonate with some, not for others, or bits will, some won't. In truth it doesn't matter. It will be for you what it is and we go from there. Or not.I've never shared anything in this way as…READ MORE →

I've been this way since I was a child. I would love to take more Ashwagandha but, I get a minor allergic reaction to it. I will look up L-tyrosine.

Crystal Ariana..hi, are you low on energy or do you lack motivation? Lack of motivation (also lonliness) is due to low dopamine....you can take some L-tyrosine 500 mg for that.
Low energy can be due to many things, but it is often due to low reserves. A good rejuvenator like ASHWAGANDHA will build up your reserves and balance the energies of the body. It also relieves stress in case stress is making you weak..
These are both safe and non-prescription and you can get them on amazon.
Also spend less time around the low frequencies of electronics like cell phones, computers and TV....and spend more time in the nature.

. . . I was diagnosed with Lyme Disease last July. I worked as a medical assistant, n I've always been one of those type of individuals to consume my own research etc. If I did not push, I would have not gotten my diagnoses. I had three physicians tell me there was "now way" I had Lyme Disease. I'm telling my story, because I believe that there are many individuals who are diagnosed chronic fatigue syndrome, fibro, irritable bowel syndrome, parkinsons, MS, or other sorts of auto immune disorders. . . in fact, have Lyme Disease. I have treated my successfully, naturally. . . I've had problems with joint pain etc since I was 14 years old. I am not 38. . .
