Through out the last twenty years of my life i have been intrigued by a variety of concepts and practices.  i have always been drawn to any concepts that value science within the structure of the practice.  for me the sacred practices of the Pagan and Wiccan cultures allowed my mind to understand basic natural scientific law, not just in a way text books and school teachers imply, but in a tangible universal law way.  I was able to feel and touch what many consider intangible.  My mind was trained to be open and to think about things in a cause and effect way.  It gave me a sense of personal responsibility in that the power i gained was great...my choice how and when to use it could effect not only others but me as well.  To choose to do right and not serve my ego...or there would be a long side wind in my path to learn better for next time.  The lessons i gained graduated me back to my roots(if that makes sense) into a metaphysical realm.  As a child i had always been fascinated by a wide range of science and math.  In college algebra caused me to have some realizations i still dont have words for.  I was raised a christian and evolved my scope of conscienciousness to allow any and all possibilities a moment to resonate with my soul before i decide if it is right for me.  i feel the confidence of discernment was developed on the journey i had through the occult practices...and i feel it is a brick in the foundation of my spiritual structure.  As my journey moves forward, i often return to sacred moments from my past and allow myself to fully reminisce those moments.  I thank the teachers and the path that led me to the now.  With reverence and respect for myself and all others...Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again!
