I have been vegetarian for about 4 years, going through phases being vegan for short periods. Meat has always weighed me down in the past and played with my digestion. I didnt realise there was a real problem until I eliminated it from my diet and realised how much healthier I felt. The main reason for my vegetarianism is my inability in eating an innocent animals flesh.

I've been vegetarian for a lot of my life, but healthwise I'm better off relying on the animal kingdom for purer protein. My spirit would prefer to live on light, but that's another story. :-)
