The meditations in the ebook I posted might be helpful too..In helping one open the chakras and attuning so to speak..Particularly the toning, as that helps align them with the right frequencies.

Clifford, what you said makes me want to chant a couple of lines from a song I used to play all the time...

She's been waiting for her children to return....(awaken)"It still puts tears in my eyes and shivers down my spine...
Lately, I've have been feeling such a strong pull from Her and urge to ground, like I've never experienced before...
