One time when I was in middle school I had this exprience. I was on a no calorie or starvation diet for three days. Anyway, one time I was in my room listening to music. When all of the sudden this very demanding thought came into my mind like telepathy. Somebody told me that I should tell my mom what I was doing. And I know that they really wanted me to tell my mom because the thought that came to my mind felt very demanding so I knew they meaned buisness. So I did and my mom told me not to do that anymore. And so I never did again. And just ate whatever I wanted to eat after that. And I never got any other telepathic communication like that since then.
