sounds of water help me to sleep and\or to lucid dream and astral project^^
water itself, the one drink, i usually add some fruit slices to it and refridgerate it a few hours, makes it taste awesome and adds vitamins without any other additives like the vitamin water you can buy...
sometimes i had visions about seeing through the "eyes" or conciousness of water, its like watching through the eyes of feeling (how i imagine "blind" people to see)
i often tell the water "i love you" before i drink it
or let it flow in a vortex from bottle to bottle to let it move in a natural way.

highlight of my day, a deep seasalt water bath, for me to relax in, unfurl, my tail, and chill, oh and a rose quartz, in my bath water to help energise it. and for extra cleansing,. though i get moaned, at cos i shut myself in the bathroom for over an hour, soaking, lol, smiles,

I've always been really connected to the ocean, and thinking about the depth of the water and what kind of life could be there i get goosebumps. I'm going to the beach tomorrow and it will be fantastic since I haven't been in so long. Its like missing an old friend.
