Reuniting Humanity With Their Divinity...It's Time
Not all of us know about our totem animal. I didn't, until a few days ago. Since then I've been trying to know what mine is and finally found it in my dream. (Sigh, how could I live without my dreams?)
My totem animal is an eagle and here is the meaning:
The eagle is symbol of the zenith. Eagles are messengers from heaven and are the embodiment of the spirit of the sun. |

Those with an Eagle totem need to have an involvement with creation; A demanding totem, but one that offers so much reward at the end of the journey. Its four-toed feet remind you to stay grounded even went soaring high; This totem will show you opportunities and how to ride the winds to your benefit. You must become much more than you ever dreamed possible. |

Right on spot. In my dream, for some reasons, I turned into an eagle but a weak one so I guess I just need to get 'more involved'.
What's yours?

I also shape-shifted in the dream, and my red-tailed hawk form was fresh so it was also a bit weak. But the pain didn't matter (flying isn't exactly easy when your wings are new haha), I learned a lot from my totem guide that night.
The meaning of my totem can be found here: http://www.linsdomain.com/totems/pages/hawk.htm
That's so far my favorite way it's been worded, and the site is very good for totem definitions :) Also since we all have more than one totem at a time (some permanent, some come and go) throughout our lives it helps to know more than one. For example my dominant totem is Red-Tailed Hawk but lately I've needed Bat and Dragon more so I call on their assistance.
Blessings :)

My totem is a Hawk! She is big and beautifull and comes to me in visions although we never meet in my dreams. She is very protective and while doing chakra clearings and cord cutting meditations she will always alert me to entity atatchments. If the entity refuses to leave Hawk will chase them away back to where they came from. She is also funny in that she is a bit of a show of. Arial acrobatics and flybys when Im getting of track to guide me back to the earth plane and not so "out there". My other totem is lynx. He is very wise and old. His knowledge is a silent type of knowing. A gathering of things from many planes of realitys and dimentions. This totems knowledge is secret and only past between the two of us. Not to be spoken of unless absolutely nescassary. I also have a griffin.. I dont know what this totem does but a shaman friend of mine has seen it and so has another psychic. Love the totem animals!

Caution, Healing, Leadership
The power of the Bear totem
is the power of introspection.
The answers to all our questions
lie within us.
Each of us has the capacity to quiet the mind,
enter the silence and know.
Just as the bear hibernates during the winter,
people with a Bear totem will be quieter
during the winter months. But they
must awaken in the spring and seek
whatever opportunities are around them.
When you have a Bear totem,
you are being guided to a leadership role.
You must be fearless in defending your beliefs.
The Bear also encourages you to exercise
your abilities as a natural healer.
Bears are associated with trees which are natural antennas, linking the heavens and the Earth.
Bear also has links to the seven color rays of the Universal Light
as well as Lunar ties, linking the subconscious and the unconscious mind.
It is associated with the Goddess Artemis.
