Sri Bhagavan said a part of awakening is the flowering of heart.

I'm getting that one more and more :)

After Listening or watching the video(s) of Bentinho I again had a deeper anchoring of the conciousness that is prior to all personality and not located anywhere. I even had glimpses into the nothingness that is prior to that, through is beautiful visual of the end of the universe And conciousness.

Anyway...

I always/often tried or chose to love, be compassionate. And I had wonderful moments, of healing, understanding that brought compassion, wonderful feelings.

I understood that I am Love, and it sounded even logical to me. But I feel that real Love is absolutely authentic.

As long as one has to encourage oneself to love (and please keep on doing so if you want but) it is a choice that has with it a slice of judgement - do you understand what i mean? It is a choice, that allows a thought of either or, I love, i chose love, or even i have to love.

To love comes naturally to us so it is nice to chose and we can feel very nice, also it helps in our own development i believe just as gratitude...

Yet I experience something more complete.

Osho once said that an enlightened person does not chose, that there is no choice. He said if there is choice there is regret. What If ?

SO the enlightened One as I understand it operates absolutely freely and joyfully as he wishes. So he/she is free to do whatever he/she wants, but this freedom of operation is not experienced of choice or either or - I hope thats possible to understand, as it kind of feels like a choice i think but without alternative - meaning absolutely free of duality :)

What I experience is as I am embodying/experiencing myself more fully, and recognising my omniallowing nature that is here already as bentinho puts it beautifully, i experience a new sense of love as i just sit and feel myself more completely including the content of my lower bodies, my mental and emotional bodies, with all its feelings of for example guilt. Feeling it also while being aware of the nonlocated perspective, that allows this feeling of wholeness although i feel the disharmonies within my bodies as well, but as i feel all that and recognise myself as the allowance, as the beingness and presence that is prior to my personality but reaches out through my personality as an actor on the stage of life, as a playing beingness, i also find a flowering of heart. I am still feeling, i am compassionate without the need to chose so, i feel my world transforming, i see my parents differently. Now as it feels like the beginning it is all happening as it does, but i think that allowing the experience of self to be true and all encompassing the chosen love gets replaced by something much more beautiful and easy and natural. By copmlete Love, complete Compassion, Warm and Gentle and beautiful. I want to encourage you, and all of us, to have the courage to go into your awakening as many spiritual teachers call it, meaning to discover the U that is Beyond all thought and emotion, and know that Yes not all might be clear at first, but the experience is that which leads to or is truth, and I feel that it is really loving and warm, although you might not feel so in the beginning. We Are Love, but not because we understand it, or want to because we want to love, but because we Are :)

Let go of judgement and allow yourself to be, but do not Do so, but recognise that you are already allowing everything, otherwise it could not happen ;)

And your heart will flower, eventually.

In "commentaries on the prajnaparamita Heart Sutra" Thich Nhat Han described the essence of perfect understanding, the essence of the heart sutra saying that everything is empty. But he brings clarity by asking - empty of what? - empty of a seperate self.

All is one and the world of form and change, the physical and also mental and emotional, emerges from the formless, from the nothingness from which conciousness emerges, but it is all one, the nothingness, the conciousness and the world of form. Everything is so precious. Also the realm of form.

Reach into yourself, or recognise the source that cannot be looked at, but that the perspective before all perspectives, and allow what you feel from here to be your guide, as it gives you a new freedom.

Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Hereing lies the peace of God. (ACIM)

I pray for the flowering of all our hearts.

An all is. And so precious.

Go beyond, and then allow all to be one :)
