Strange head pressure

So I was just reading adescription of a group on another site and I got head pressure and it felt like my head was being pushed downwards by this pressure. I have had normal head pressure, but this was different. I had to fight a little to keep my head up.

Iv had at least one download every day for 2 or 3 days, too. The ringing sound is usually acompanied by a download. I actually dont mind the ringing as it tells when Im getting more info.

Yes it is a sign of progression. XD It means that your nurvous system is adapting to changes that Gaia is making. We are essentially mutating in reverse is what I like to think of it as. We mutate our genes to come down to this density, so to come back up we have to de-mutate.

im at the point where the ringing is almost constant its clear that someone is trying really hard to communicate but i cant seem to be able to decode the message. im wondering if this urban center is blocking me, oerhaps i should move to the countryside. anyone else is stuck in a huge city?

We are being re-made from the inside!!  Can you say Kundalini?  Lie down, breathe, relax and get out of the way of the incoming energies and free up some head space --is what I do.  Thanks for sharing folks.

Sometimes the message could be right in front of you, but you cant see it, and they are trying to get your atention? it depends on situation and person i guess. lol

Well im not in a city. im in the suburbs of LA, but I find it difficult sometimes due to so much noise and movement.

Vibrating of my top two chakras and a pulling or pressure between them. And been happening for some time now and getting stronger and stronger. The ringing in my ears is the same, and for a long time now.

yes I, too get some pulling between those two chakras. I heard that a bunch of planets are all ligned up plus nibiru plus a solar eclipse tomarrow and the 6th supposedly. these are times of change and energy surges.
