This happened today in the middle of the night. I awoke and saw the face of the man with the glasses, after I closed my eyes or returned to the body and at that time something flown into the room and felt a huge vibration in the ears or on the body. I spoke in my mind, thanks for the help the Galactic Federation (with a view so I feel safe), then it askedme to remove my hand from the heart but did not dare to move on and I replied that I'm socomfortable. Other memories are like the mist I saw different types of devices on the ceiling kind of camera but I'm not sure what it was.

I think it was someone from the galactic federation allowed me to remember what happened and it was not the first time.
Please tell me if you know whtat is reason of it and if you had simullar expiriences.
