Preparing to open a star gate
I have in the past 6 months been in contact with a new group of beings. They are very tall and thin , made of light , with slightly elongated heads with bright round eyes. They come into my meditation through a stargate. One of the adults comes out of the stargate but the smaller one which I think must be a child stands in the opening of the stargate . The adult will come near and I tried to communicate with thoughts and words, with no success. Then I noticed that this being was affected my heart and the new chakra which is forming between the throat and heart chakra. This being was changing the patterns coming from my heart, it felt like it was changing the beats . This has been going on for weeks. I had no idea what was going on, then I got told I was to communicate with these beings through heart resonance. When the heart is in bliss it braids the dna and causes that to implode which then creates a star gate or wormhole. Well the other day whilst with my friend Cherry we have first hand experience of this opening of the wormhole. We are working with energy together and as we do the room disappears and we are in an alter state. I look at Cherry and think oh how lovely she is , this moved my heart and I felt it changed resonance. All of a sudden the energy before me spirals and I see the very beginning of the wormhole open. Now all my life I have been waiting for this and thought it would be wonderful. I was not ready for the energy surge , it span me out , I ended up having to lie on the floor with my heart racing , I look at Cherry who is obviously experiencing the same thing and is holding on to the wall.So suffice to say it looks like I need more preparation. :-)

It sound like these Beings are activating your thymus gland, the chakra between you heart and your throat, You heart is the chakra is the emotional chakra and the thymus is your compassion chakra. The thymus is a gland that transforms hormones in the body, it can take stress hormones and turn them into the hormones that cause pure bliss. The thymus also helps your lower chakra's to communicate with the higher chakra's.
To be welcomed in to these other realities and to travel through these worm holes a person must live entirely in this feeling of compassion and bliss. Being in this state prevents you experiencing any negative emotions and tush manifesting any dangerous or uncomfortable situations in these higher dimensions. In the higher dimensions manifesting your reality is very easy to do. These beings are teaching you how to properly behave in their reality so you can be a welcome visitor. I would suggest that you focus you energy toward this newly awakened thymus chakra because it is the key to opening the lock on these worm holes.

Thanks Grant for your reply. Very useful advice. My thymus has been pulsating for months now at first i thought there was something wrong but now when i meditate the pulsing increases and also turquoise colours are coming from it . It feels like i am being retuned. Have you had any experience of travelling through the wormholes ? Love alloya :-)

No I have not traveled through any worm holes. At this point in time I am in the process of activating my thymus. I started working with my thymus because I tend to absorb other peoples bad energy. This is a very bad habit I have, I started working with my thymus so that I could convert this bad energy into compassion for others. Energy can not be destroyed only converted.
I have never considered the possibility of my self traveling through a worm hole into another dimension. You post helped me to realize the connection between the thymus and dimensional travel, a concept that I had previously not considered.
I shall, in the future experiment with this concept of dimensional travel because it seems like this might be the next step in my spiritual journey.

Every time my heart was infinity open,This "other" realm opned up and connected to ours. Now i know this is what worm holes are all about.

I am the same with other people energies too , it seems that this new chakra is very sensitive. Check out Dan Winter he explains how this is occurring between this thymus and braiding the dna and wormholes amazing .
