Hello everyone! ^-^ this, i am not sure if this is an activation or not but can anyone tell me if it is?

Well,i was meditating on healing myself, and relaxation. i did it for about 20 minutes. i went upstairs to my room for a bit til i decided to check on my mom. while i was with my mother, my thumb started to tingle, i ignored it. i went to put my puppy up on the bed for he can't reach it and when i touched him, my thumb just went into pure pain like it was about to crack. I grabbed my hand and started to tell my mom while trying not to scream in pain. My dad luckily came into the room on time. my mom told him what happened and he started to massage it. when he touched my thumb i felt a wave of dizziness so strong that my vision blurred and i had to grasp and hold onto the bed tightly because i was about to collapse. a wave of nausea flew through me as well and i had to close my eyes to calm down. then after my dad finished massaging my thumb, i went to my room to lie down for a bit to get the dizziness and nausea to go away. my thumb felt a little better but my stomach started to hurt. it worsened for a few minutes then poof. it was gone. and when it left, all the negativity i felt in my body left. even the one where i felt like something black and sticky or something was..whats the word.. 'covered, i suppose, my heart chakra and when the stomach pain near in between my solar and sacral chakra left, so did that feeling. i still have a little pain in my stomach but my whole spiritual body feels more clean of negative energy and more free to where i feel like i can actually try to open my chakras now because before, i couldn't.

does anyone know if this is an activation on some sort? or what it is mostly..thank you and may the spirits be with you!<3
