Most miserable night of sleep ever. Anyone else?

I felt like my body was being used last night. Physical touched at one point. I felt like.....remember when tv channels actually had some time when there was nothing being transmitted but snow? If felt like I had that being transmitted through me all night. I got a constant stream of high level activity. I wondered if it was hurricane Sandy coming that was doing this or if this was something just happening to me. Did anyone experience anything similar?
I can channel spirit, but I have been refraining for a long time.
I did at one point see someone in my bedroom but I told it to leave.
And I've become somewhat conscious when I dream.

I don't know. Just wondering if it was me or something else.

Do not worry, the experience is over now. You were attacked by a force of nature as you were connecting with something that collided with you in an unpleasant way. Let rest overcome you and this experience and its associated feelings shall pass soon enough. It most likely was an astral after shock of the recent hurricane. Nothing to fear, sometimes these things can have an energetic impact on us spiritually. Hope you are doing alright. Just relax and all will be fine. I did do some clearing in your field just in case you were feeling uneasy about anything. Hope this helps!

I usually have a lot going in when I sleep, but this was different.
Your explanation sounds accurate to me.

Phew. I can't believe I'm not completely exhausted right now. I actually feel totally fine. But perhaps that is from the clearing.

Do you think if I started channeling again I would have less of the encounters I normally have at night? I feel like many spirits are trying to get my attention. Sometimes spirit appears before me and I usually get scared because I can't tell right away if its good or bad. On some occasions I have heard voices aloud. Usually I just hear the messages in my head. Sometimes I am given pieces of paper in my dreams and told to take dictation.

I had many bad experiences as a child channeling because I didn't know I needed to protect myself. Now I'm extremely cautious about doing this again but I know I am supposed to be doing it. As a result i can feel like spirit waits until I sleep and then everyone wants to talk.

Same happend to me this morning but i liked it ;)   felt like a woman masaged my etheric bodies mucels in a weird way. removing knots.

but there was also a man but only for a short moment in the bed.

Ghost maybe?

Why would she give me massage though?

Well I'm glad you enjoyed it! Lol. I had a man in the room. He was kissing me and I felt it. But I didn't like it at all. I have had a problem with spirits interacting with me in this way so it felt like stolen kisses for me.
