So many people say love and light but what does it realy mean? Do people fully understand the meaning in the terms ets use it in? What are your thoughts on both words love and light? How does this phrase make you feel? Is the phrase simply that love and to be in light? Or perhaps a key to deeper meaning?..........

I probably have the most controversial view on the matter, so i will let others say their thoughts. Just know that you are not being ignored.

During my studies of sacred geyometry i found that this phrase its a part of creation. The phrase love and light refers to the first 2 elements of physcal creation. But you wont find the ancwer to that on the internet norm of the elements of creation. But its a good start. Many ets who serve prime source and creator also use this.

MOst people are just saying it because they think others will think they are good, you know, to fit in, then theres also hypocrite fools claiming love and light but doing the exact opposite contradicting themselves

Love is an emotion
Light is just light

Imo its that simple

Light carries information and is used to communicate. Our aura's do communicate our state of being, even when it's not perceived visually or consciously. (Auric light)
Light is associated with revealings, while darkness can be associated with hiding and secrecy. Hence light is associated with awakening and truth, while darkness is associated with, the opposite.
@ Dejan : Love does evoke emotions and many other things, but sure it isn't an emotion. Emotions are closely linked with thoughts and are brain based. Saying Love is an emotion is much like saying consciousness is in the brain.
Some people say 'cheers', others say 'santé' (health) others say other things that they value such as 'love and light' ...

Light and dark, love and fear are opposites. opposites provide contrast in our experience, which allows for choice and preference.

'Love and Light' is a phrase often used by Lightworkers, and sometimes New Agers. Real Lightworkers are not terribly common, but New Agers who use the term that may call themselves Lightworkers, are.

Lightwork is a topic that in and of itself will get you a lot of different reactions, especially on a site such as this that openly welcomes both Light and Dark.

The Dark used to dominate the site. Lightworkers also used to be present on the site. However, that time has largely passed. Onlookers and sideliners are what mostly populate the arena at this time. As such, there isn't a lot of controversy; however, neither is there a great deal of meaningful interaction.

Love/light to me is a simplification of the 'Creator' energy that has created us, and everything, that exists in all of us. Language is inherently limiting in our ability to communicate abstract concepts, so love/light for me is the easiest way to communicate that idea. It can be used in its literal sense, but also works just as well metaphorically.

Light and dark is balance. But i find people miss understand darkness to be evil when infact its another vibrational state that is natural. Just as day has a certain vibrational feel so does night. Both are creation amd renewal. Energy that hurts is chaos energy. It disrupts the flow of light and dark.

Much knowlage you have i agree with...

The Greek creation myth has love in the top 10 not the first

first their was Mist and from Mist came Chaos

Chaos gave birth to Darkness and Night

From which followed Earth and Tartarus

Then Love
