Last night my friend was telling us about this crazy mural at his middle school and I just have to share it with everybody because it is so very pertinent to what's going on right now. I gave a link to the painter of the mural -his name is Gilbert Wilson Brown- and flickr pictures of the mural. He drew this mural in chalk, but only recieved 28 dollars in return from the students when the school refused to reimburse him, after he spent THREE YEARS working on this :( I found that so sad.

Basically the mural depicts the people under control with disaeased and dying hands/millions of workers reaching toward the politicians and bankers and other dark controllers. There are also lots of workers in line who just look like they are completely brainwashed (society's sheep, if you will). You can look through the pictures if you want and look in detail if you want

BUT this is the best part! In the middle and sides of the picture, there are symbols of hope. I would say they look like lightworkers and the people who are helping--check out the leaves growing around the man in the middle and the golden light surrounding him. The boyscouts are also fighting off the bankers and in another part of the mural,there is a hand planting a seed and other people with golden light around them showing other people how to plant flowers and food. I mean I can't even really believe this mural exists because of how accurately is shows the current state of the world.

The mural is entitled "Liberation." This literally blew my mind last night hahaha I couldn't even believe one of my friends went to a school with this beautiful and incredibly eye opening piece of art. See what you think, I found it insane this guy could do this-in chalk!!-haha crazinesss! I found it as a message of hope overall, despite the corruption going on in the back, this painting gave me inspiration and came at a time when I sometimes doubt if all of this is just in my head. I know it's going be a bumpy ride, but that's life and I'm so excited for this wonderful time of true liberation.
