I SAY EXPOSURE TO UNDERGROUND CIVILIZATIONS THEN EXTRATERRESTIALS...

I seen a message the other day from the Galactics mentioning a formal public disclosure announcement wouldn't be appropriate and how humanity psych isn't quite ready for their exposure. Well humanity wasn't ready for world war 1 or 2, and event's like 9/11,hurrican  Katrina, all sorts off devistating Tsanamis events, massacre shootings, people have lost loved ones and so forth. Those significant events I'm sure did something to our psych but humanity is stronger than these ET's think and we made it through disaster after disaster. With humanity being hybrids of Extraterrestials automatically make them partly ready for the truth that's already in them. Maybe the ET's need to see Humanity's reaction to the underground civilizations that is also foreign to the masses perception. Maybe humanity will be more acceptible first to foreigners that's been on this planet along with us this whole time so their should be nothing to fear towards unfamiliar entities that seem to be different yet the same. What do you think? Do you think official exposure of underground civilizations is the way to ease on the presence of ET's?

You have a very interesting way of putting things. I question myself, Is it Humanity's psyche or Human psyche?...which one is it?..as per my understanding..Humanity has a different meaning altogether. It is a quality or an attribute.

From my point of view: 

You have the letters E.T., The acronym for Extraterrestrials or Extra-Terra-Astrals meaning Extra beings that are on the planet TERRA (earth) that are Astral of or from the stars. When you look at the very word Planet you see Plan-E.T. So an Extraterrestrial can be any thing from a meteorite or comet to a being from another planet or a star system..and earth is also part of this universe..

Can you throw more light on unfamiliar entities as the word seems vague.
