I recommend a lot of meditation. I do it in the shower or bath as water is a GREAT conductor and having crystals helps a lot! when you do the meditation take these steps:

1. Do whatever you need to do to prepare for meditation. What ever you usually do

2. Prepare your environment. Play some soothing music, light incense or candles etc

3. Make sure you wont be bothered for at least 30mins to an hour

4. Do some short breathing exercises. Remember as you breath out expel all negative thoughts and energies. Inhale energy from the earth and the positive energy around you.

5. Close your eyes and say out loud: I would like to be more in tune with my higherself and for this reason I ask that my star name be revealed to me. Meditate on this and continue focusing on this connection with your higherself. It helps to envision reaching out to yourself in the vast expanse of space.

6. Communicate with yourself, with your higherself, connect to that infinite energy.

7. Feel free to alter this to your liking
