I'm not entirely sure where to begin, but I suffer from a lot of anxiety and I've been feeling like I'm at the end of my rope. I have a really hard time dealing with the stressful situations in my life. I see other people unhappy but coping with stress, but for me it stings my soul. People are cruel, unhelpful, inconsiderate, and I get so much anxiety dealing with it all. I just don't know what to do. I feel really hopeless and out of place.

I have bad anxiety and depression issues and have since I was 12 and I really don't know what to do about it. I would like to be able to function without meds but without them....I'm bad off. I also feel like I'm just not suited for life here. Probably the low vibrations but I try to take comfort in knowing that the vibrations are raising and I can feel it happening. It is kinda nice to see this post even though I hate you have to go through this because it makes me feel not so alone in this issue. What helps me the most is being around people I really connect with on a spiritual level, physical touch, meditation, high frequency music, anything that puts me in a blissfull state and is healthy. Feel free to talk to me about it anytime!

For me more so then before it can get pretty overwhelming at times and I think some of that could also be the changes that are taking place around us. There are a lot of cruel things that happen here on earth and ignorant and inconsiderate people for sure tho not everyone but many to say the least. We all deal with stress and iv had my fair share thats for sure lol ,But we gotta be strong not to close ourselves out but remember things will affect us if we let it. So dont feel hopeless or lost or out of place. You are hear for your purpose your journey. Its also a test for use to deal with this life and take the lessons in. I believe in you my star friend be well ill send good thoughts your way lots of love and light. :)

It's very very tempting to try them again because they did help me endure a horrible situation. I just wish I didn't feel like I was in such a horrible situation. The vibration recently has been TOO heavy.

Permalink Reply by Star Gazer ~ Cheryl on February 14, 2012 at 6:13am Hi Kate,it sounds like you are an empath, (someone who takes on or absorbs the emotions of everyone around them), which can be very draining on you. Especially if you are not aware that you are doing it.And with everybody's energy and emotions coming to the surface to be dealt with in preparation for the upcoming transition to the 5th dimension, us sensitive folks are gonna be feeling it a lot!
Awareness is the first step to overcoming your anxiety. And you can choose to either shield yourself from absorbing others energies (some people dont like to do this as it diminishes their healing abilities), but if you are not a healer, and cant cope with the onrush of constant energy coming at you, then you can try shielding.Or you can deal with all the buried emotions which are contributing to the anxiety, which I may be able to assist you with.
Avoidance is another way of escaping the overabundance of energies that are out there at the moment. But this can be a bit impractical. Relaxation techniques such as aromatherapy and meditation can also be helpful, even a soak in a magnesium bath, a walk in the forest or along the beach (connecting back to nature) can all help.
I am on prescribed medication for depression myself, which I have almost completely come off (after 13 years), but every now and again. I will have a 'boost' if things get too overwhelming for me. If you are not on prescribed medicine, St Johns Wort (which Chris suggested) is an alternate, 'natural' anti depressant, which can be purchased over the counter at the chemist. or at health food stores.
I would try to avoid using other drugs or alcohol, as the initial result may be great, but the after effects are not worth it. And band aid coverups never work anyway. I only suggest the anti depressant, as sometimes we need to get the condition to a manageable state, before we can deal with it further.
But, the best way (as stated above)to deal with anxiety or depression further, is to confront it at its source, and slowly deal with all of the underlying 'hidden' emotions that will undoubtedly come up throughout the healing process.
I can assist you in a small way with dealing with buried emotions or shielding, but if the matter is a big one, it would be beyond my realm of expertise, and I would have to recommend you elsewhere. Permalink Reply by Charlie Fari Bassols on February 14, 2012 at 7:13am well i think u chose to came to transmute anxiety(being in peace relaxed) ,stress (relaxed) and "dealing with people(dealing with nobody)" into what u want. just think of the opposite :)
it happened to me before i just dont pay attention to it or i keep calm by their presence :) u have to learn to calm and control yourself when u are in the presence of that stuff .
i say to myself ( this is by byron katie) - who will i be without that thought? or how will i feel without that thought? and then i instantly calm down myself and im back with my inner peace i hope this helps :) buy the book the work by byron katie it has a lot of very good exercises in the end realize is how you react your reaction to all of that is not actually that that bothers you...
If you're interested in natural remedies for anxiety there's sooo many different herbs you can smoke, or burn if you don't want to smoke anything. I like to burn sage, and it helps with the root chakra which is probably where you are experiencing anxiety from. Marijuana also helps a lot of people, but it can also cause anxiety for others so just do what feels right for you. Learning to trust yourself in every situation is very important :) I hope you feel better soon. And from what I've been learning recently, all emotional and mental imbalances come from imbalances in the chakras. So I would also suggest looking into healing your etheric bodies.
