More and more, it has become apparent that even lots of people that speak about expanding their consciousness seem to at times have this group mentality...at least from lots of personal experience. There is this judgement of not wanting to talk to certain people because they aren't conscious enough, because they aren't starseed enough or because they aren't starseeds...isn't this also about empathy? about compassion for one's fellow beings? for instance if someone is talking about their favorite video game or hobby, isn't it better to feel what they are saying? feel their passion? rather than just say "*sigh* why does no one understand how I feel?" things become brighter when this is done...not talking about anyone on this site, or about anyone in particular...just noticed this a lot. There is also this judgement of "bad vibes" that a person may give, not everyone that gives you bad vibes is evil...at times when I feel out of balance, some people just write me off as someone with bad vibes that they have to get away from...it is very new age black and white, we all have our shadow aspects, we all have dark days, and it is no reason to think someone is an "illuminati puppet" (ridiculous term in itself), just because they are having a dark day...dark days aren't even "bad" they provide great lessons. Went to a local metaphysics/consciousness meet up earlier this month and this guy was talking about how he chased away his asian neighbor (using a few racist statements) with a broom and said "get the hell out of here!" then went on to talk about people with bad vibes and so on, gave me weird stares the whole time...been out of balance this whole month, but does that really make me who I am? maybe I am judging, who knows, it sounds like it, maybe I see something in some of these people that I don't like about myself...we are one huge organism anyways, so maybe I have to look within (going to have to start using "I" less and use the Crowley denial technique, this is getting ridiculous haha), but is there really denying that many people ignore a certain aspect of themselves that they see in other people, therefore closing themselves to great learning opportunities? it sounds rather cult like, and makes one question whether one is in the right place in their path or not...or whether their is a path sometimes.

Very well said...really like the diamond analogy. <3

I really like this... thanks for opening eyes. (:

I completely agree with you, Kat! I wanted to mention as well, that as this is officially the beginning of the countdown of the last year of the cycle (Nov. 21st was day 1), EVRYTHING is accelerating ever more than before - & the projection of our own issues & lavk of growth is going to be evn more exaggerated than before, so watch out! This year should be exciteing & adventurous, to say the least... some people are gonna be having major freakout moments as a result, but that just means we need to be ever more hopeful & compassionate to everyone as they move along their own paths of growth.  Much love in Lak'ech!  ~=o)*

I have noticed this as well. People are like diamonds. Just because you see one facet when you meet them, doesn't mean they don't have many others. They do, and some are hidden and in darkness from where you're viewing. But its ok, its still a diamond and you know that diamonds are magnificent even when you can't see the whole. The spiritual path is about Unity. For Unity to occur, dualistic concepts and ideas have to be seen for what they are. The Light is no different to the Darkness. It is only through the darkness we can find Light. We have to experience opposites, to choose what we don't want in order to know what we do want. This is sifting through contrast, and we do it very well everyday. There are times on the path when people discover a certain amount of evolution and well up with spiritual pride. Its a nice feeling to see you've progressed, but the further along one goes, the more you see that nothing really matters. There is no right and wrong way of doing anything. Some get to be leaders and some get to follow and then the followers get to lead and the leaders follow. The only right or wrong is what you think about YOU! It's not our call to say what others should or shouldn't be doing. I realized this in a vision when I remembered that back home on The Pleiades, everyone could see with great clarity, the strands of energy and pictures of events within one's aura as to how that person came to be the person they are. It was in front of them. therefore there was no judgment. Here, we fly blind most of the time because this energy is so much denser and we can only guess the information being perceived here which was so obvious before. This is why we judge. This person you speak of above was not in alignment at the time, otherwise he would never have chased away his Asian neighbour. But that's ok, we all get like that sometimes, don't we? We all need to be gentle and forgiving of ourselves, and stop acting like humans, because its not really who we are. We know how to act when we tune in to Source energy and let go. :D

I was given the following rules by a great mentor some years back and have found them really useful for personal growth, opening the heart and cultivating a lack of judgementalism. Sometimes the simplest of reminders are all it takes to put things into perspective. But you decide !

Rules for being Human (whilst your here)

1. YOU WILL RECEIVE A BODY - You may like it or hate it, but it will be yours for the entire period this time around.

2. YOU WILL LEARN LESSONS - You are enrolled in a full time informal school called LIFE. Each day in this school you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may not like the lessons, or think them irrelevant or stupid.

3. THERE ARE NO MISTAKES, ONLY LESSONS - Growth is a process of trial and error: Experimentation! The “failed” experiments are just as much a part of the process as the experiments that ultimately “work”.

4. A LESSON IS REPEATED UNTIL IT IS LEARNED - A lesson will be presented to you in various forms until you have learned it. When you have learned it, you can then go on to the next lesson.

5. LEARNING LESSONS DOES NOT END - There is no part of Life that does not contain its lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned.

6. “THERE” IS NO BETTER THAN “HERE” - When your “there” has become a “here”, you will simply obtain another “there” that will again, look better than “here”.

7. OTHERS ARE MERELY MIRRORS OF YOU - You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate in yourself.

8. WHAT YOU MAKE OF YOUR LIFE IS UP TO YOU - You have all the tools and resources you need. You have the power of your thoughts, words and deeds. You have the blessing of free will. What you do with these is up to you. The choice is up to you.

9. YOUR ANSWERS LIE INSIDE OF YOU - All the answers to life’s questions
are inside of you. All you have to do is look, listen and trust.

I love this discussion and I Love all of you. I truly do. And I try eachday to Love everyone and everything a little more, after all Love is infinite and at this moment I'm quite finite but that's totally ok with me. I used to Hate and judge, mostly myself, but I learned a lot because of that. I've truly learned that to Hate is to hold your own drowning head under the water and thats just a waste of time lol

This was very enlightening and I sinserily hope it does not apply to me, but if it does then whallah! I will change that aspect about myself!

I see it as a normal ocurrence on our path towards self-knowledge, meaning that all of us without exception behave like this sooner or later. until someone points this out like you did and make us wonder about it. I liked the topic as well ;)

Well said :)
I have been thinking this for a while
