I have, for over 20 years now, worked in the Natural Foods industry.  I have a very keen knowledge of Supplements, herbs and vitamins.  I am more than happy to offer advice on what supplements to take for your health issues.  I am not a doctor but just a guy with a ton of knowledge.  Hit me with your questions.

What do you think about vitamin k2? And magnesium? is it necessary to take?

A friend recommended NILSTAT to get rid of intestinal (or otherwise digestive) candida.

But the Dr said, "No, it's for external use only.. there's no internal nilstat" Do you know anything about it?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge!  I have a question, I take a multi-vitamin the brand is Equaline One Daily Women's Multi-vitamin/Multi mineral supplement.  Sometimes when I take it, I feel sick nausea is this normal?  Are these even real vitamins?

K2 is essential and safe! It transports calcium from the blood to the bone. K2 is so importnat for calcium absorbtion and for building strong and healthy bones.  K2 is also manufactured by fermentation, so its a whole food nutrient.  Much better than K1.

Magnesium Gycinate is the best form.  MAgnesium is essential again for calcium absorbtion but it is also amazing for muscle pain and spasms.

Dont take NILSTAT, too mant risjs and side effects.  It will worsen your condition. Candidase is an enzyme formula that is amazing for Candida and it's vegan and 100% Natural! It is so effetcive! No die off and easy to take.  You should be able to find it in a health store

These viatmins require so much stomach acid to break down, no wonder you feel nausea!  Go to health food shop and buy a good natural vitamin.  Most natural vitamins will break dowwn in 45 minutes with very little stomach acid required. Equaline has so many binders and fillers, artifical this and that and the vitamins dont absorb.  They often come out the same way they went in.  One a day, Equaline and drug store brand vitamins are the #1 cause for porta potty blockages at their cleaning facilities.

Thanks for offering up your knowledge base!  I'm approaching a rigorous winter hiking/snowboarding season and wondering what vits I should add to my minimal daily regime (spirulina and chlorella) in order to assist in the quick healing of muscles/strains.

You confirmed my suspicions!  I  knew a vitamin is not suppose to make you feel sick after taking it!  Thank you again I won't be taking these anymore

Do you know anything that will help clean out your pineal gland. I have heard that wheat and red meat is things that you should avoid. thanks for your help

Would you happen to know what will help for depression and anxiety? I know that there are natural things that would help with that but I'm not sure which ones are the best. Thanks.

Melatonin is teh only hormone that is produced by the pineal gland.  So, getting plenty of rest and sleep, keeping your cortisol levels low ( low stress levels) will help detoxify the gland.  There is one compound that can calcify the gland ( calcium build up) and that's floride. Reduce floride intake.  Melatonin supplents can help but they make you sleepy.  so take at night.  Thnaks
