Hello! :) i have just tried using a guided meditation on astral projecting at exactly 2:16 AM over here in NV. it is 3:26 AM at the moment and feel as if i should make a journal and in need of help.

Okay, i used it. The first few minutes of the astral projection meditation, i INSTANTLY felt the effects. My right leg felt more.. numb ish i suppose? After a few more minutes, i went instantly relaxed. My body felt so relaxed that i never even felt it before. It felt very nice. Anywho, after...10-15 minutes of it i believe, my whole body was completely numb and my mind was focused on the words of the guided meditation. now, i have A.D.H.D and its what teens and kids have at times to (teen still) and it is very difficult for me to concentrate and focus on one thing for a while. But i focused on the what the meditation was saying and focused on it so i KNEW exactly that it was working. I felt the vibrations, it felt..weird. My body was so numb it felt like my body wasn't even there! i couldn't even feel the vibrations no more. Then, i can't remember the rest except when the video said wake up, time to leave the astral world. Then that was it. I tried the second time but my puppy kicked me since she has to sleep in my room with me T.T

Any tips or if i went far or not? This was my first experience and i have no idea how far i went. haha sorry for the questions ^-^ mere curious child.
