Dizziness is a common state for me because I've had damage done to my inner ear, and also because my sinuses are usually clogged and it makes it hard to breathe. If you have low blood sugar that could be another cause. If its none of these things, then like Starbrother said, it's probably your crown chakra. :) Either its awakening, or its been left open for a while. If its been left open, try doing a grounding exercise. Hope this was helpful!

I don't have any physical cause for mine, and my dizziness and Vertigo-like symptoms have actually subsided within this past week or so.  But,  Starbrother, thank you so much for confirming that it is the Solar flares affecting our Crown chakra, as this is what I've been suspecting all along.

Any time Dear One's ... There may be a blockage in the Crown or it just starting to fully open... that may be the cause of the dizziness

I felt extremely dizzy last night.  I felt nausea too.  About 2 weeks ago, I experienced a really rapid heartbeat.  It didn't feel normal, and I never experienced anything like that before.  Mind you, this was before I awoke.  I remember I was sitting on the couch watching TV, and I actually thought I was having a heart attack.  I almost drove myself to the emergency room.  Do you think these things have something to do with my awakening?  Is this my DNA activating? I don't really want to think it's just a coincidence.
