Can someone teach me how to heal myself?

ok so I have this problem. Iv been healing and aligning other people, but it is sucking up all my energy and im not sure how to regenerate it and heal myself. Also, I have some geodes with crystals in them and would like to learn how to store energy in them. XD

any asistance with these thing will be greatly apreciated and I can do something in return. I do healings/clearings, and some reading-type stuff such as TF info, planetary origins and such. XD

It is a question of believe.

Most different forms of healing where part of an experiment and the research brought us to the conclusion that all the different healing energies are the same, the same as love.

Also there are healers that just allow the healed self to be here now,

drunvalo talks about a woman with menigitis that asked him for help, after asking for permission 'above' he was not allowed to heal, but to work with her on her beliefsystems, so they talked much on the phone.

She is healed, without healer.

Work on your belief.

belief you can

be limitless

be mighty

and love yourself

love your bodies

you can do anything :)

I would love to know what you reckon is my origin dear

well, unfortunately im in a bit of a phunk at the moment. just not very happy and a little depressed, plus being tired, so im having a little trouble getting excited about anything. Thank you very much for the advice, though and I will continue to try and find stuff to do. XD lol

Thank you for the inspring words. : D i happen to be listening to Kriptonite by 3 doors down while reading this and I started feeling like superwoman. lol

concerning your planetary origins: I got Vega. does this ring a bell? I am having some problems with my pendulum readings, but this one felt right, too. XD

reiki? iv heard it often, but know nothing about it. and yes ranting helps, but Im mostly unable to talk about what I am upset about atm.

I used to feel drained of my energy when using it to heal people or do readings, then I started to use techniques of grounding and protection that helped me much to refill this use of energy. Here's what you have to do: before an healing operation, sit down in a comfortable position and relax yourself with some deep breaths, then imagine like two tentacles of light starting from your plexus chakra (the one just below your hearth) and your base chakra (the one at the base of your spine) and going into the deep of earth, where there is a pure crystal with your name carved in it, and let this two tentacle tie around the crystal, then imagine energy coming up from the crystal flowing in your body, this will help you to regenerate your energy. After that, imagine that each breathe you take in you're being puryfied by the light from the universe, and every breath out you take out negative energy in form of a black cloud. After you did it a for a bit, ask the positive entities and/or God to protect yourself, then imagine a bubble of light decending upon you and protecting you. Do this excercise before for EACH healing operation you're going to do. If this don't work, you can try to find someone or some healing group to help you heal from time to time. I can try to help you if you want, we could arrange something. Hope this will help

Hi Sister!

I love your threads and replies and videos (The killers rock! even though I don´t like the band´s name ) :) . I´m a healer too and I learn my methods from my inner self and they work! :)  When I´m healing I don´t use my energy I just work like a switch to the universe energy.... I meditate a little, I clean my energy first and then I charge my body with the energy that is in the universe, I send the energy to my hands until I felt them hot and big like baseball gloves then I place them in the subject, animal, plant, myself or anybody else and I send that energy.... after that, I suck up all the bad energy with my hands, I visualize a black ball coming out of their bodies until it reach the size of a soccer ball then I throw it up to the universe and I visualize how it explode and get blow it away in fine particles. I do it 3 times for session. I hope this can help.

I don´t know how to use crystals but I know the will store and amplify  energy! If you find something about please send it to me, i will add you as a friend  right away :)

is what you described reiki? lol kindof sounds like it. I deffinitely will try this. thank you for the info and the request. and thank you for the complement. haha I am glad that you like my posts and what I have to give. Nope I don´t know reiki....

Reiki uses symbols and energy, I´ve heard sometimes is kind of dangerous, beware... A friend of mine work with Reikists (he is at the front desk) this is what he told me once: " Today we had a big problem there, one of our best reikists was doing a reiki but she did not know that the lady taking it wanna die (Not right there in the table, obviously) She just doesn´t wanna live anymore and she was taking the reiki to feel better over that issue, well, there´s a moment when you can be in another plane, well, this lady did not wanna come back from that plane, then the reikist called for another reikist to make her comeback together, they succed. She came back crying saying I wanna stay there!  I don´t have a porpouse to be here! I felt so happy there!.... So I think is important to know the mental and spiritual condition of the patient before a reiki session ...

I don´t know much about reiki but I love to learn and master it ;)

ooooooooh ok. I dont really have much interest in reiki anywhays. lol it does sound dangerous. I dont think im at that level yet anyways. Thanks for the info XD
