For the last few years I really have been playing with growing energy within myself without medation. I was making alot of break throughs for myself and wanted to push it or take it into something esle, the next step. FYI growing the energy within without medation can cause stressful affacts. Learned later to use medation to cleans or flush the soul, Less stressfull affacts. Anyway an event happen in my life where a friend lost controll of himself and was falling into anger. I had never channeled energy from myself into someone esle before but i had a known that in that moment i had to. It worked fair better than i could have guest. What it did was show me how easy and possible it was.

To the dream sorry for a little back story. I wanted to teach this to my little girl but i had to learn more, I didn't feel like i was a teacher of this yet. I prayed that i would learn more be shown more , give me a better understanding of this. I night as i dreamed, i traveled farther than i think i ever traveled. Time felt old. Their was a presences with me , never saw it per say. We were in deep space somewhere , no other stars in site. He said to me you wise to learn then do as i do. I could see his hands as if my hands. He started to push the energy outware and started to form a ball with it. Its was twisting together not yet a full form ball and he said now think of what you want it to become. Colors of green and brown and blue started to form in the energy still twisting around. Then he said now put it together, and he formed a planet. It looked like earth. Its it great he said, now that you have seem how fair you can take it , it should be easyer to understand the smaller steps, then he said. After than i was pulled sadly back to the body and awake. That night i started teacher my 5 year old ;-)
