Hello everyone,

I know there is so much going on in our lives right now, many personal shifts happening and many difficult things we are facing at the current moment. I ask however that if you are able to please take a moment to meditate, focus your intent and send some healing to these two devastated countries and fellow humans.

I am supposed to be signed out of the website and asleep by now but wanted to check the news first and see what is going on in the world and I saw these two disasters are the ones right now needing the most attention/healing:

Pakistan
Authorities have evacuated more than half a million people living near the Indus river as hundreds of villages have been inundated by the flooding.

Pakistan's meteorological agency has predicted further downpours in the badly-hit north-western province of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. It is only half-way through the region's monsoon season. "I would ask the international community to support and help Pakistan alleviate the sufferings of its flood-affected people," he said. Officials say 650,000 homes have been destroyed, 1.4m acres (557,000 hectares) of crop land has been flooded and more than 10,000 cows have died.

Russia
The situation with the wildfires that have sparked the smog showed no sign of abating, with blazes with an area of 193,500 hectares recorded across the country. In the last 24 hours, 290 new fires were recorded, more than the 244 that were extinguished in the same timespan, the emergencies ministry said.

The concentration of toxic particles was up to five times higher than safe levels, experts warned, as the city's iconic landmarks like the Kremlin and golden church cupolas disappeared behind a layer of smoke.
